Animal Brothel: Where Humans Pay to Have Sex with Animals

Recently, a court in Wales, United Kingdom, found a man and his 2 sons guilty of running a sheep brothel. For your information, a sheep or animal brothel, as the case may be, is a place where human beings (men in particular) pay some money to have sex with animals. And in the case of Wales, the animals that served the men were sheep.

To clarify it further, English dictionary describes sex between a person and an animal as bestiality - a situation where some humans develop the urge to have sexual intercourse with animals. In other words, a human having beastlike appetites.

Bestiality is not new to mankind. For instance, in Africa tradition and in IGBO custom in particular, it is an abomination for humans to have sex with animals.

It is also abhorred in Christianity as Leviticus 20: 15-16 stated that any man or woman that has sex with an animal must be killed together with the animal.

But bestiality is legal in some European countries such as Hungary, Finland and Romania. Let me ask; is mankind in for another form of human rights agitation just like homosexuality?

But what about the rights of the animals involved? After all animals equally have animal rights. Did they give their consent for humans to have sex with them? The future holds the answers to these questions.

All the same, I hope bestiality is not going to have some proponents seeking for its general legalisation base on their human rights and freedom to practice their sexual preferences. In that case, they will have to get the consent of the animals before they have sex with them.

Nevertheless, nothing is impossible in today’s world, especially since the letters of Christianity have been abandoned by the same Europeans that introduced their bible to sub-Sahara Africans.

Africans should hope that Europeans will not attempt to force bestiality on them just like they are trying to railroad them into accepting homosexuality. Bestiality is an abomination in Africa cultures just like homosexuality.

By the way, homosexuality was a crime in England prior to the Sexual Offences Act 1967 and was only decriminalised in 1980 by the Criminal Justice (Scotland) Act 1980.

Lord Arran and ors who proposed the bill to decriminalise homosexuality in United Kingdom stated that a crime should be differentiated from a sin. In other words, they acknowledged that homosexuality is a sin supposedly in the bible but not a crime.

They were also of the opinion that sexual act between 2 consenting men in their private homes should not be criminalised. Furthermore, in order to minimise the criticism that will follow the law, Lord Arran advised homosexuals as follows:

"I ask those [homosexuals] to show their thanks by comporting themselves quietly and with dignity… any form of ostentatious behaviour now or in the future or any form of public flaunting would be utterly distasteful… [And] make the sponsors of this bill regret that they had done what they had done."

Lord Arran, not only that homosexuals snubbed your advice, the phenomenon has metamorphosed into acquiring the same rights and privileges accorded to a man and a woman – marriage. Hopefully, human beings will not want to seek the rights to marry animals.

I have stated how homosexuality was decriminalised to show how it can take a liberal mind like Lord Arran to start a change to the law. And today, the world has so many liberal minds that can start the fight for the decriminalisation of bestiality.

Overall, as Kenyan President, Uhuru Kenyatta told Pres Obama "it is very difficult for us to be able to impose on people that which they themselves do not accept," so it will be difficult to impose bestiality on the people of Africa.

And thus, the likes of Obama should be rest assured that when bestiality is finally legalised, Africans will reject it just like they rejected homosexuality.

    2. Let me correct an impression. Women that marry other women in Omenala without husbands do not sleep with those women. The women are usually married to bear children for the women who married them because in most cases the female-husbands cannot have children of their own. That is the surrogacy of today. And it is customary that a male member of the extended family will sleep with the female-wife to have children for the female-husband.
