Do White people have higher IQ than black Africans?

In 2007, Dr James Watson, the pioneer in DNA studies, told the Times newspaper that he was "inherently gloomy about the prospect of Africa" because "all our social policies are based on the fact that their [Black Africans] intelligence is the same as ours [White people] - whereas all the testing says not really". Dr Watson reiterated his remarks of 2007 in a television documentary which aired earlier this month (January 2019). The world saw his statement as racist. He has since been stripped of several honorary titles by The Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory.

2 days ago (16/January), Nigerian president, Mr Buhari had a town-hall meeting in pursuit of his re-election. During the meeting president Buhari showed that his comprehension was poor. His answers were incoherent.

President Buhari left the world in no doubt that he is incompetent in being the president of Nigeria – the most populous black nation.

Now, Buhari’s incompetence is not the troubling thing about his presidency. The most troubling thing is that the “competent” people (young, old, educated etc) are insisting that incompetent Buhari is the best brain to lead Nigeria in this 21st century.

As a result, I have started wondering if Dr James Watson was correct with his assertion that White people have higher IQ than black Africans.

In any case, there are people of low IQ amongst black and white people just like there are people of high IQ amongst the 2 groups.

In fact, there are many black Africans who have accomplished a lot. They are too numerous to mention here. 

The problem with Africa is that most people with low IQ are in control of the governance of the continent, which is not necessarily the case among white Europeans.

To sum it up, Fela Kuti – the great African musician, in one of his lyrics wrote: when the Europeans came to colonise Africa, as a strategy, they appointed people of low mentality in higher positions.

That has remained the case till now, and the reason you have president Buhari and his co-travellers retrogressing Nigeria – the most populous black nation.
