Boko Haram & Fulani (Terrorists) Herdsmen – War Without End


Prior to 2015, Buhari was familiar with Boko haram and Boko Haram was familiar with Buhari. Buhari even stated that “any attack on Boko haram is an attack on northern Nigeria”.

When President Jonathan declared Boko haram a terrorist organization, Buhari kicked against it. Even boko haram nominated Buhari to represent them in a proposed peace talk with the federal government of Nigeria.

Hence, when Buhari became the president of Nigeria everyone expected Boko haram’s attacks to subside, after all, the man (Buhari) they once nominated as a representative is now the president of Nigeria.

But Boko haram attacks didn’t abate, apparently, President Buhari and Boko haram have the same ideology – the Islamization of Nigeria.

In 2001, Buhari said; "I will continue to show openly and inside me the total commitment to the Sharia movement that is sweeping all over Nigeria, God willing, we will not stop the agitation for the total implementation of the Sharia in the country". Buhari has never refuted this statement.

According to Australian National Security, “Boko Haram's primary objective is the establishment of an Islamic State under Shariah law in Nigeria. Its secondary objective is the wider imposition of Islamic rule beyond Nigeria.” 

Meanwhile, Bishop Hassan Kukah said, “The only difference between the [Buhari’s] government and Boko Haram is Boko Haram is holding a bomb”. In other words, while Buhari’s government is the administrative wing, Boko haram is the military wing, seeking the same objective of Islamising Nigeria.

Akin to the strategy of Sinn Fein and the Irish republican army (IRA) who had, and still have the same objective of unifying Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.

Did you ever hear that the IRA attacked Sinn Fein? Then, why do you expect Buhari’s government to crush Boko haram or arrest a Fulani (terrorist) herdsman?

In fact, Mr Buhari inherited Boko Haram in 2015 when he was sworn in as the president of Nigeria. Since then, under Buhari’s watch, another terrorist organization (Fulani (terrorists) herdsmen) emerged.

By the way, Boko haram and President Buhari including Fulani terrorists have the same objective – to establish an Islamic State under Shariah law in Nigeria.

However, President Buhari turned fully to Fulani (terrorists) herdsmen when the real bad boys (Islamic State) took control of Boko haram.

The Fulani terrorists’ approach is to massacre every community they invaded into submission. And for peace to reign, the survivors are left with no option but to surrender their ancestral lands to Buhari’s government for Fulani settlement (RUGA).

If President Buhari and the Fulani terrorists had succeeded with their evil plans, every state in Nigeria would have a Fulani settlement. They will settle with their families, livestock, and their religion (Islam).

Thus, Buhari’s statement (“God willing, we will not stop the agitation for the total implementation of the Sharia in the country") would become a reality.

Unfortunately for Buhari and his Fulani terrorists, their plans failed since Nigerians, especially southerners, preferred death over forfeiting any piece of their ancestral lands for RUGA.

In all, so long as Mr Buhari is the president of Nigeria, including their machination to install another Fulani Islamist as president of Nigeria in 2023, they ‘will not stop the agitation for the total implementation of the Sharia in the country".

And war against boko haram, including the menace of Fulani (terrorist) herdsmen, will remain a war without end.
